- Collaborate with other HR specialists and hiring managers.
- Find potential job candidates for direct hire, non-competitive hiring and hiring needs.
- Create events to advertise job fairs, hiring workshops or other career-related activities.
- Invite job seekers to join email recruitment lists.
- View shared certificates of eligible and qualified candidates.
- View vetted candidates for non-competitive hiring.
You must follow merit system principles and any applicable laws or policies when using ATP and before making a job offer.
Who can use the Agency Talent Portal?
If you work in recruitment, staffing or have a need to make hires in the federal government, you can use ATP. People who use ATP are HR specialists, recruiters, hiring managers, disability program managers and event coordinators.
