Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP)

The Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) connects federal agencies with college students and recent graduates with disabilities, including veterans, who are eligible for non-competitive Schedule A hiring. Any agency may use this talent program to recruit for internships and permanent or term jobs.

Pathways Internship

Students participating in the Pathways Internship Program who have met all performance and training requirements can't always be converted to positions at their agencies. The Pathways Internship Talent Program connects these interns with open jobs at other agencies.

Recent Graduate

Candidates in the Pathways Recent Graduates Talent Program have successfully completed all requirements of the Pathways Recent Graduate Program, which consists of a two-year professional development program at a federal agency. These candidates have proven themselves, but their originating agencies were unable to convert them to a full-time position, leaving them available to hire.
