When a job seeker wants to join a Talent Network, they must share some basic information including their name and email. They can also share their USAJOBS profile, if they have one, or create one to share.
If they share their USAJOBS profile, we'll share some information from their profile with you. You can see their current location, selected hiring paths, highest GS level of a federal position they've had (if applicable) and any job or location preferences they have (appointment type, work schedule, desired locations, etc.). They can also share a resume with the Talent Network.
