Agencies that use ATP often have one or more agency administrators who manage user access to ATP within their agency.
Agency administrators are responsible for:
- Adding new users from their agency who require ATP access.
- Reactivating users with locked accounts.
- Encouraging use of ATP at their agency.
- Training users how to use the various features in ATP.
- Helping USAJOBS decide on new product features.
While ATP is available to the entire federal recruitment community, your agency may have additional restrictions and limit who can get an account.
