A campaign can help you collect, organize and message job seekers and potential job candidates. Campaigns help you collaborate with your recruitment team by sharing lists of job seekers and their resumes to review.
A campaign can be a group of job seekers who:
- You want to contact about a position that's opening soon.
- You want to invite to a recruiting event.
- Belong to a certain profession.
- Are in a certain location.
- You want your co-worker to contact.
You can search for potential job candidates and add them to an existing campaign, or create a new campaign.
Examples of a campaign
If you have a position opening soon for a GS-9/11 administrative assistant, you can create a campaign called GS-9/11 administrative assistant. You can also link the job announcement to the campaign to better track how your recruitment activities impact the job you’re hiring for. Then, search for resumes and add job seekers to your campaign who have resumes that meet your hiring needs. You can share your campaign with other members of your team to review (as long as they have an ATP account) or use the campaign to invite job seekers to apply.
If you’re hosting an upcoming job fair to fill positions within a specific job series, you can create a campaign and add job seekers who have the specialized experience you're looking for to the campaign. Then you can message all saved candidates about your upcoming event and invite them to attend and learn more.
